At Tag`La, our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable social media and communication experience.
Our platform is designed for users aged 18 and above. The safety of our users, respect for personal rights, and the well-being of our community are our top priorities. To this end, we have developed policies in line with international standards and legal regulations regarding child safety, CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation), and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).
1. Our Platform Policy
Tag`La allows users to share posts and communicate via video chats. However, we are committed to ensuring that all interactions and communications remain ethical, secure, and within legal boundaries.
On our platform:
Reporting mechanisms are available for users to report inappropriate behavior during story sharing or video chats.
An active content moderation system monitors and removes content and behaviors that violate our policies.
A dedicated moderation team intervenes immediately when suspicious content or behavior is detected.
2. CSAE and CSAM Policy
CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation):
Any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited on our platform. All forms of child abuse or exploitation are illegal and are not tolerated.
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material):
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) refers to any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving minors. The sharing, dissemination, or storage of such material is strictly forbidden. We adhere to a zero-tolerance policy and take immediate action to address violations, including collaborating with relevant authorities.
3. User Reporting Mechanisms
To enhance user safety, Tag`La offers several in-app feedback and reporting methods:
Story Reporting: Users can quickly report inappropriate content shared in stories. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team for necessary action.
Video Chat Reporting: Inappropriate behavior during video calls can be instantly reported by users.
Content Monitoring: Our moderation team actively tracks all shared content to identify and remove material that violates our CSAE and CSAM policies.
These reporting processes can be completed without leaving the app. Additionally, users can report concerns via email at tagla@gmail.com.
4. Taking Necessary Actions
At Tag`La, we are committed to addressing inappropriate content with the following steps:
Prompt review and removal of reported content or users violating CSAE/CSAM policies.
Immediate reporting of violations to relevant authorities as required by law.
Suspension or permanent deletion of accounts involved in repeated or severe violations.
5. International Compliance and Standards
Tag`La aligns its policies with international standards, including the Tech Coalition’s Child Safety Standards, to ensure child protection and safety. We continuously update our policies in collaboration with legal advisors to maintain a secure environment for our users.
